COACHING
Educational leaders today are confronted with ever-increasing demands and an array of complex challenges that can hinder progress in their institutions. As a long-serving vice president and dean I understand the exact pressures, obstacles, and hard-earned lessons that school and college leaders encounter daily.
JTC coaching is shaped by CTI training, informed by extensive experience in college leadership, and structured to help educational leaders build stronger teams, foster innovation for change, and transform the programs and institutions they lead.
FOCUS GROUPS
While quantitative data provides the foundation for understanding institutional performance, qualitative probing is often essential to fully understanding what is driving particular issues or behaviors on campus. JTC leads focus groups – either as part of a large-scale study or to obtain quick, targeted feedback– to help institutions get a more fulsome and nuanced understanding of factors driving a particular question or issue.
JTC Coaching Plus for Emerging College Leaders
JTC Coaching Plus for Emerging College Leaders is a six-month program that provides personalized professional development through individual and group coaching that helps mid-career administrators develop skills and competencies that will not only support them in their career but will also enhance organizational effectiveness and leadership capacity of colleges and universities. PROGRAM REVIEWS & STUDIES
External review of key programs and initiatives provides invaluable insight that leads to greater effectiveness, increased efficiency, and better student outcomes. JTC conducts and/or supports campus leaders in all aspects of program reviews or topic-specific studies, including but not limited to: collecting and evaluating data, benchmarking, topical research, consulting appropriate experts and/or key stakeholders, and preparing and presenting final reports.
JTC provides a comprehensive range of coaching and strategic services for schools and colleges designed to empower institutions, divisions, and departments to achieve their goals and enhance their effectiveness.
Strategic Partner Program
The Strategic Partner Program (SPP) enables JTC to provide experienced, confidential, senior-level support on a wide range of services in a highly cost-effective way because it is built upon the premise of establishing and maintaining long-term, continuing relationships with client institutions. As a strategic partner, with institutional knowledge and working relationships with on-campus staff, JTC is readily able to carry out long- or short-term projects, deliver valuable real-time crisis response support, help manage staff turnover and transitions, and serve as a valuable thought partner to leaders at all levels of your organization.
